What‘s the length of this EV charger, and how to select the most suitable length?
Our EV chargers are available in 4 lengths: 6m/8m/10m/15m (Total length with control box - from 3 pin plug to Type 2 plug). We recommend reserving 1-2 meters based on the actual distance from parking spot to the socket when selecting the length.
What are the correct steps to use this EV charger?
First, Insert the 3 pin plug into a UK socket (≥10A). Then plug the Type 2 plug into the car to start charging. In order to prolong the service life of EV charger, please unplug the 3 pin plug or disconnect the power after charging is completed.
What are the precautions when using an EV charger?
Please set the charging current in the vehicle settings to 10A to comply with the parameters of the EV charger. If the current is set lower, the charging power will be less than 2kW at 230V, resulting in a significant increase in charging time. Please unfold the cable during charging to prevent the eddy current effect from causing the cable to heat up abnormally.
